Before you come to Yiwu

1. Before coming to China, arrange your meetings and determine which suppliers you are interested in.  This way you will be advised of the best time to conduct your business trip before you travel.
2. Issue your Chinese Invitation Letter, which can be a business invitation or official invitation.  Yiwu can assist you with any visa issues if necessary.
3. We can assist you with booking a heavily discounted hotel room at The Best Western Hotel in Yiwu.  Our discount is 45% off, which equates to $70 per day for a business standard room in a four star hotel!  The room includes internet access, breakfast tickets, satellite TV, and more!
4. Pick up services available for the Shanghai Pudong Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and the Yiwu Airport.

When you arrive in Yiwu and begin the purchasing process

1. We provide guidance and help to ensure that you’re visiting the right product markets, shops and even the proper factories for your specific needs. 
2. We can both translate and negotiate pricing between you and your selected supplier(s).
3. We can help you by placing your order, writing up all of the details like the article number description, order size and quantity, color, package details, and CBM.  We also take photographs of all of the merchandise you have ordered to aid in quality control.
4. We provide the Proforma Invoice which includes the unit price, pcs/CTN, total amount, total CMB, ocean freight and local handling for your reference.  We also change the USD Amount based on your requirements, such as half of the total amount, etc.

After you complete your purchase in Yiwu

1. We place the orders including product pictures with all suppliers.
2. We follow every order closely to make sure the production time of your goods stays on track according to the timeline we set and we keep in constant contact with you in order to update you on the progress of your order.
3. We collect all of your goods in our warehouse and inspect them thoroughly so we can verify that the orders meet your requirements.
4. We distribute all necessary payments to your suppliers.
5. When requested by our clients, we can also book shipping space and arrange for the shipment.
6. We prepare any documents needed for exporting your goods, including any customs declarations.
7. We send you all of the documents such as your B/L, Packing List and Commercial Invoice in order to help with customs clearance to your destination of choice.

Even if you’re not in China, we can be your business’s most reliable assistant

1. If you’re looking to customize your own design or would like to have us match one to a sample you provide, we can do that!  We source simultaneously in both the Yiwu markets and on the B2B pages.
2. We send you the latest information on new arrivals and related products right to you.
3. We inspect your orders for you.  If you placed your orders directly from the factories, our quality control staff will go to the factory and conduct quality control on site.  This includes inspecting the items to determine quality, verifying quantity, packaging details, etc.  We then send you back an inspection report which allows you to verify that the order has been assembled properly based on your specifications.
